She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hazel Freeman and Eugene Freeman; her close-knit Olivet Methodist Church; her husband Edmond "Keith" Ford; her children, Elizabeth (Michael Ferguson), Andrew (Porshe) and Anna; her grandchildren, Dare, Gavin Ford, Mateo Archer, Salem Ferguson, Wrenn Ferguson, Nola Ferguson, Roman Ford and Jayden Garber; her siblings, Mike Freeman (Sally) of Lilesville, Her and Rebecca Freeman of Lumberton; and her siblings-in-law, Cora Freeman, Nancy Freeman, Kathy Gerdes (Don), Bill and Bob Ford. She was also cherished by nieces and a nephew, plus extended family and friends.
It was Dare's wish that a donation be made in her memory to either Bethel Wesleyan Church at PO Box 268, Dana, NC 28724, or Olivet United Methodist 3788 Stanback Ferry Rd, Lilesville NC, 28091.
