He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Worsham and Mary Keadle; and his siblings, Nancy, Libby, Bill and Floyd, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Christopher Worsham (Holly), Jason Tech (Casey) and Jessica Juergens (Pete); and his grandchildren, Christian, Levi, Logan, Aydan, Annaleisa, Kalyn, Lucas, Ava and Leila. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
