He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Moffitt and Minervia T. Moffitt. He is survived by: his daughters, Jill M. Sistrunk (Stephen) and Rachel M. Miller (Barry) of St. Augustine, FL; his grandchildren, Amanda E. Miller, Ryan T. Miller and Andrew C. Miller; his brother Harold W. Moffitt (Christine H. Moffitt) of Inman, SC; and his nieces, Michelle Shuford and Beth Moffitt.
