He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Arland; his siblings, Kenneth Marvin Levi, David Arland Levi, Vincent Franklin Levi and Marjorie Nadine McCall; and his niece Teresa McCall Francis.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary Levi of Morganton and Michael Levi (Stacie) of Weddington, NC; his sister Glenna Louise Mason; and his granddaughter Allison Rose Levi.
