He is survived by: his wife Ida Ruth Allison Nelon; his children, Kim Nelon Conner (Richard), Charles Pressley Nelon (Vanessa), Jeremy Patrick Nelon (Christie) and Quenton Orr (Tara); his grandchildren, Heather Cox (Daniel), Clayton Nelon (Sam), Hannah Buchanan (Mark), Brianna Dotson (Austin), Jaycee Dowler, Christyn Levi, Ethan Odom, Carrie Wilkie and Bella Orr; his great grandchildren, Bradley, Maggie Cox, Ivy Dotson, Levi Dotson, Brayden Buckner, Miranda, Jesse and Ariyah Ganza; his siblings, Shirley Gentle (Ted), Kathlene Yarbough, Harvey Nelon (Myrna), Ray Nelon (Betty) and Lester Nelon (Evelyn); his sisters-in-law, Betty Jo Darlington and Barbara Bodner; and his niece Debbie Simpkins.
