He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Creasman and May Belle Case Creasman; and his granddaughter Carly Carter. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Cannada and Misty Carter; his grandsons, Tres Cannada (Courtney) and Billy Cannada (Shannon); and his great grandchildren, Emeri, Ethan, Nevaeh, Elliot, Kamiya of Christopher, JP, Mikayla, William, Penny, Charlie and Wade.
