It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ownbey of Hendersonville, North Carolina, who passed away on November 21, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joshua Cox and Lora Cox; and her husbands, Charles Levi and Elmer Ownbey. She is survived by: her nephews, Mickie Cox and Terry Gilliland (Diane); her niece Sue Cox; her great-niece Angie Cox; her great-nephew Gary Cox; and also Isiah Young. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
