She is survived by: her parents, Roger Rusnak and Mary Rusnak of Horse Shoe, NC.; her sons, Levi Metcalf of Horse Shoe, NC and Tyler Metcalf (McKensie) of Boiling Springs, SC.; her granddaughter Caroline of Boiling Springs, SC.; her brothers, Michael Rusnak of Horse Shoe, NC and Robert Rusnak of Fletcher, NC.; her nephews, Michael II and Skyler; and her niece Juliana.
