She was predeceased by: her mother Martha Futterer; and her stepfather George Futterer. She is survived by: her children, John Mazur of Arizona, Janine Mazur (Jordan Truesdale) of North Carolina and Monique Mazur of Florida; her brother Eric Siebert (Kim) of North Carolina; her great grandchild Chloe HIbell; and her nephew Anthony Siebert (Natalia).
