He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Passmore and Ethel Wilson Passmore; his wife Karene Moody Passmore; and his brothers, Leon Passmore and John Passmore (Frances).
He is survived by: his friend Belinda; his daughter Belinda Passmore of Hendersonville, NC; and his sisters-in-law, Gay Passmore of Vero Beach, FL and Jackie Rathbone of Waynesville, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
