He is survived by: his wife Eva Smith Cook; his children, Daniel Allen of Birmingham, AL, Danielle Cook of Charlotte, NC, Erica Cook of Hendersonville, NC and Dr. Archie Cook Jr. (Allyson) of Cary, NC; his grandchildren, Daniel Allen Jr. (Olivia), Darius Allen, Dorian Allen, Corey Cook, Cameron Hill (Da'Les), Tameron Hill and London Cook; his great grandchildren, Deonna Cook, Donovan Allen, Devin Allen, Corey Cook Jr. and Myla Hill; and his siblings, Tina Hawkins of Chicago, IL, Diann Kennedy, William Cook, Harry Cook and Johnny Cook (Stephanie) of Bessemer, AL.. He is also survived by four children, eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
