He is survived by: his spouse Claire Mackler; and his children, Alfred (Lauren) and Shannon Mackler.
A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady Queen of Peace Church (161 Pitman Ave, Pitman, NJ 08071). A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (550 Delsea Dr, Sewell, NJ 08080).
In lieu of flowers, Al had requested a memorial donation to either Shriners Hospital for Children or Knights of Columbus Council 7032, 500 Greentree Rd., Glassboro, NJ 08028.
