He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Jones Burgin, III and Mary Jane Mackey Burgin; his brother Edward Jones Burgin, IV; his wife Linda Doyle Burgin; his children, William Craig Burgin (Erin Katell Burgin) and Amanda Gail Burgin; and his grandchildren, Gavin Charles Smith, William Mason Burgin (Samarrah) and Abbigail Reese Burgin.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sarah Hagood (Michael) and Ronald Greenlee Burgin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home (538 Tracy Grove Rd, Hendersonville, NC 28792). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
