W.) of Oxford and Delbert Slaughter of Henderson; his grandchildren, Caleb Ellison, Tristan Ellison, Keith Gay (Taylor), Clarissa Hurley (Dustin), Ashely Gay, Kevin Matthews and Ashley Matthews; and his great grandchild Grayson Gay (Crystal Paynter).
