She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Maragni and Giuliano Maragni; her spouse Nestore Liberatore; and her siblings, Merina Colageo, Sorinda Maragni, Sabatino Maragni and William Maragni.
She is survived by: her children, Giuliano Liberatore (Mary Ann) of Nazareth, PA, Carla Wegener (Michael) of Oxford and Dara Sawczuk (Adrian) of Charleston, SC; her grandchildren, Dina, Danielle, Matthew, Gabriella, Alexander, Andrew and Adam; and her siblings, Silvana Maragni of Jersey City, NJ, Berardo Maragni of Miami, FL and Sergio Maragni of Irwin, PA.. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (3275 US-158 BYP, Henderson, NC 27537). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
