He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Dwayne Adams and Laura Elizabeth Smith Adams; his sisters, Mary Adams and Michelle Adams; and his daughter Kayla Adams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carron Adams, Samantha Adams and Anna Adams; his grandchildren, Neveah, Preyston, Chozyn Adams, Aleiyah Adams, Aniah Nichols and Waylon Dement; and his siblings, Jean Leddon, Patricia O'Driscoll, Laura Packard, Ronald Adams and John Adams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
