He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Gilliam, Sr. and Willie Watkins Gilliam. He is survived by: his wife Linda Oakley Gilliam; and his daughter Barbara Burwell (Charles). He is also survived by four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
