She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Curtis Edwards and Maude Wilder Edwards; her husband Jake Thurston West; and her brother Jack Edwards. She is survived by: her sister Peggy Edwards Hoyle; her niece Brenda Coker (William); and her nephews, Malcolm Sanford (Sharon), Curtis Sanford (Toni) and Toby Hoyle (Katlyn).
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sossamon Funeral Home of Henderson (1833 Oxford Rd, Henderson, NC 27536).
