He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Matthew Glascow and Annie Lee Hart; his wife Harriett Bryant Hart; his children, Giselle Vann, Carliece Hart-Urena, Michael Hart, Charlene Hart, Samantha Green and Queenie Gandy; and his siblings, Harold Hart, Shirely Fuller and Albert Hart. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
