He is survived by: his wife Barbara Allen Neal; his sons, James Neal (Teretha) of Henderson, NC, Jermaine Neal of Warrenton, NC and Johnathon Neal of Franklinton, NC; and his siblings, Lucy Kearney-Slater (Theron) of Henderson, NC, Alice Jean Monroe (James) of Youngsville, NC, Edith Woodard (Eddie Lee) of Louisburg, NC, Eddie Ray Neal (Jessie) of Henderson, NC and Claude Neal (Brenda) of Henderson, NC. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
