It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Williams Cuthriell of Henderson, North Carolina, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on September 26, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Richard Bullock; her husband Bryan Lee Cuthriell; and her son Cameron Cuthriell. She is survived by: her daughter Bridget Martz (Michael); her grandsons, Scott Martz (Megan), Dylan A. Martz (Danielle) and Vance L. Cuthriell; her great grandchildren, Greyson Martz, Ashlynn Martz and Bradley Martz; her sisters, Jane McClanahan (Cliff) and Richie O'Briant (Tom); and her daughter-in-law Jennifer Cuthriell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Central Baptist Church (2574 Ruin Creek Rd, Henderson, NC 27536).
