He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Allen Andrews Sr. and Martha Francis Small. He is survived by: his children, Jackie Perry, Antavious Allen, Rondell Andrews, Jermaine Davis and Derrick Andrews; and his brothers, Joe Andrews Jr. and Bruce Andrews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Davis-Royster Funeral Service, Inc. (926 S Garnett St, Henderson, NC 27536). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
