She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Merrill and Edith Merrill; her husband Richard McCarroll; her son Richard Allen McCarroll; and her grandson Garran Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Robert McCarroll, Linda McCarroll, Patrick McCarroll (Gwen), Lori McCarroll, Sandra Jarvis, Elizabeth Spinelli (Peter) and Victoria Howard (Chris). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
