He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Fuller and Henrietta Branch Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Perry; and his children, Deborah Perry, Sylvia Smith, Tonia Bennett, Calvin Allen and Randie Perry. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
