He is survived by: his parents, John Henry and Agnes Hargrove Neal; his wife Robin Alston Neal; his children, Tevin and Caleb Neal; and his siblings, Rosa Neal, John Neal, Jr., Joseph Neal and Jerry Hargrove. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
