He was predeceased by: his mother Mattie Lee Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Terry Daniel; and his children, Carolyn Branch, Trina Ann Winston, Yolanda Lee Daniel, Herman Daniel Jr. and Keshia Daniel. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 21 Great-Grandchildren, and a host of great-great grandchildren.
