She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Bullock and Louise Hope Bullock; and her sisters, Dorothy Keeton and Edith Fleming. She is survived by: her son J. Wayne Pegram (Patsy); her siblings, Margaret B. Matthews and John Wesley "J. W." Bullock (Janice); her grandchildren, Krystle Stainback (David), Adrian Stainback (Kim) and Preston Stainback (Katie); and her extended family Along. She is also survived by four great- grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
