She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Robert Gupton and Margaret Weaver Gupton; her husband Bruce Eugene Ellis; and her brothers, Harvey Gupton, Bobby Gupton, Mickey Gupton and Kenny Gupton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Gentry (Trip) of Greensboro and Pam Harlow (David) of Henderson; her grandchildren, Brittany Rouse (Jason), Hayley Wingard (Bobby), Caroline Harlow and Wes Harlow (Stacey); her great grandchildren, Bryson Wingard, Lacie Wingard, Ella Rouse and Aubrey Harlow; and her siblings, Merdice Hannon and Charles Gupton. She is also survived by Nanny to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
