He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Greenway Shaver; his daughters, Christie "Tigger" Shaver, Tammy O'Neal (Scott) and AJ Greenway (Megan); his grandchildren, Michael Wright, Zack Tharrington (Lauren), Luke Irvine and Jessica Driscoll (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Ezra, Hannah "Bell" and Christine Tharrington; and his brother Tom Shaver of Winston Salem.
