He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Owens and Amanda Harris Owens. He is survived by: his wife Frances Owens; his children, Carla Owens, Crystal Owens, Nikki Lyons, Courtney Owens, Alton Owens Jr. and Marcelle Malone; and his brother Ernest Owens. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 5 Great-Grandchildren, and a host of other relatives.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Davis-Royster Funeral Service, Inc. (926 S Garnett St, Henderson, NC 27536). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
