Alice Marie Norris Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Marie Norris of Henderson, North Carolina, born in Madison, Alabama, who passed away on April 3, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lee Brannon and Mary Maude Barnette Brannon; her sisters, Frances Smith, Dorothy Brannon, Alma Meeks, Velma Smith, Eunice Norris and Jean Roney; her children-in-law, Freida Norris and Robert Duncan; and her husband C. L. Norris.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Norris (Linda), Barbara Duncan, Neal Norris and Nita Brogden (Roy, Jr.); and her sister Faye Hollis. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Forge Valley Baptist Church (7490 Boylston Hwy, Mills River, NC 28759). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
