He is survived by: his wife Susan Blevins Holbrook; his children, Brian Holbrook (Rebecca), Joshua Holbrook (Kimberly), Juanita Souther and Mark Holbrook (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Preston Holbrook, Maycee Holbrook, Everley Holbrook, Thomas Holbrook, Bentley Holbrook, Jazzmyn Souther, Jake Souther, Justin Ward, Tasha Williams and Elijah Holbrook.
