She was predeceased by: her parents, Morgan Alexander and Alma Beatrice Watkins Billings; her daughter Marlene Denise Billings; and her brother Steve Billings. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Whitley (Jennifer) of Hays and Randy Whitley (Sherry) of Hays; her grandchildren, Shane Billings (Misty) of Todd, Chris Whitley (Kendra) of Wilkesboro, Tad Whitley of Hays and Miranda Finger (Dakota) of Hays; her great grandchildren, Preston, Caleb, Logan, Grayson and Levi; and her sister Barbara Fralish of Greenville.
