She was predeceased by: her father Joe Hitchcock; and her brother Joey Hitchcock. She is survived by: her mother Beth Hitchcock of Hayesville; her husband Rory Cassedy of Hayesville; her daughters, Cortney Tremer (Jesse) of Warner Robins, Georgia, Britney Granthum (Wesley) of Lowndesboro and Rori Cassedy of Scottsdale, Arizona; her granddaughters, Cassidy Tremer, Camryn Hess and Callie Tremer; her siblings, Michael Hitchcock (Rhonda) and Cyndee Gaidosh (Stephen) of Pensacola, Florida; and her sisters-in-law, Syndie Cassedy (Tim), Gigi Cassedy (Calvin) and Debbie Hitchcock.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church (495 Herbert Hills Dr, Hayesville, NC 28904).
