He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fay McDonald; his children, Dan (Michele), Becky (Craig), Lori (Brad) and Chrissy (Doug); and his siblings, Phyllis, Thelma, Lorin, Sylvan "Bruce" and Wayne. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
