She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Grenaway Mayes and Laura Eloise Greene Mayes. She is survived by: her husband Robert Edward Perkins, Jr.; her children, Robert Edward Perkins III (Patricia Pearl Perkins) of Alpharetta, Laurene Elizabeth Perkins Stevens of Alpharetta, William Grenaway Perkins (Kathy Ann Perkins) of Alpharetta and Lawrence Scott Perkins (Cherie Lee Perkins) of Cumming; her grandchildren, Ashley Anne Perkins Knutson (Andrew Stephen Knutson), Lawrence Scott Perkins, Jr., Robert Edward Perkins IV, Sydney Alexandra Stevens, Alexander Cole Perkins and Daniel Edward Perkins; her brother Buck Herbert (Beverly Herbert); her nephew Sara Marie Herbert; her children, Landry Herbert, Lacy Herbert and Layton Herbert; and also, Chesterfield, Elizabeth Ashley Herbert Stevenson (Eric Stevenson) and Christopher Monroe Herbert (Jennifer Herbert).
