He is survived by: his wife Debbie Kelsey of Hayesville; his daughters, Corinne Mitchell (Aaron) of Marietta and Katie Heyd (Jeff) of Parker, Colorado; his former wife Pamela Kelsey of Woodstock, Georgia; his sister Barbara Miller of Mt. Arlington; his stepchildren, Dee Dee Ives (Ted) of Acworth and Chris McConnell (Tracy) of Flowery Branch, Georgia; his grandchildren, Justin, Ian, Nick, Gavin, Emily, Ansley and Hall; and his great grandchildren, Sophia and Zoey.
The family requested that those who attended would wear a mask.
