He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace A. Smith and Martha M. Smith; and his granddaughter Ava Smith. He is survived by: his wife Yula Smith; his children, Joel Wallace, Aaron (Lindsey), Wade, Drew and Meganne; his grandchildren, Maddie, Ty, Zayden, Mac, Natalie and Ryker; his brothers, Rex (Ronda), Mike (Lisa) and David (Amy); his aunts, Juanita and Annie Grace; and his uncle Bud. He is also survived by three nephews and three nieces, several great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a local pet rescue organization.
