It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Calloway Denton of Hayesville, North Carolina, who passed away on December 19, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Withiam Gerald "Buddy" Denton. He is survived by: his parent Maudine Brown Goodwin; his daughters, Amber Denton of Hiawassee and Clarissa Rogers (Robert) of Hayesville; his siblings, Belinda Denton of Hiawassee, Georgia, Michael Denton of Hiawassee, Georgia, Bailey Denton of Hiawassee, Georgia and Brock Denton of Hiawassee, Georgia; and his granddaughters, Emma Grace Rogers of Hayesville, Anna Kate Rogers of Hayesville and Cara Lynn Rogers of Hayesville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
