He was predeceased by: his parents, Harve McGinnis Moore, Sr. and Delta Mae Arthur Moore; and his siblings, Roy Moore, Arthur Moore, Gladys Jarrett, Quentin Moore, Harve Moore, Jr., Martha Rockwell, Sara Moore and Oakley Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Eula Mae; and his son Philip Wendell Moore (Callie) of Hayesville, NC.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hayesville First United Methodist Church (989 US 64 Business, PO Box 85, Hayesville, NC 28904).
