He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Frank Galloway Sr. and Willette Marie Hogsed Galloway. He is survived by: his wife Joann Galloway of Hayesville, NC; his children, Amy Talley (Chris) of Hendersonville, NC and Tim Galloway (Lindsay) of Marietta, GA; his sisters, Sherry Franklin (Gene) of Dalton, GA and Suzanne Hedden (Paul) of Hayesville, NC; his grandchildren, Fletcher Talley (Ashley), Camryn Talley, Ethan Galloway, Summer Galloway, Lucy Galloway and Benji Talley; and his great grandchildren, Landon and Aubree.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Free Will Baptist Church (259 Tusquittee St, Hayesville, NC 28904).
