It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eva Mae McCray of Hayesville, North Carolina, who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mae Rogers and Harold McCray; her granddaughter Sandra Katherine Beasenburg; her siblings, Louise, Francis, Betty Rogers, Stella Doran, Lewis, Willis and Ray Rogers; her children, Carol Gibson (Joe) of Andrews, Linda Beasenburg (Mathew) of Calhoun, Georgia and Wayne McCray (Betty) of Jamestown; and her brother Jimmy Rogers of Murphy. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews.
