“Charles was not only a wonderful employee whose work reflected his strong value system and dedication to accuracy, he was a compassionate friend to all, always willing to lend a helping hand, attentive and supportive of the team. He could make the best coffee in the office, kept my plants alive, delivered supplies across campus. Charles’ loyalty and friendship and strong work ethic will be dearly missed. God bless his family, friends, and work community with peace and comfort.”

“Charles always had this mean look to him. The first time I ever met Charles I was easily intimidated and thought "oh yeah I definitely don't want to get on his bad side". That being said, I could not have been further from the truth. Charles, as it turned out Charles had a big heart underneath his mean face.
