He is survived by: his children, Linda Franklin and Charles Edward Franklin (Janet); his grandchildren, Tiegha Franklin, Kain Franklin, Cody Ownbey, Dylan Ownbey and Delilah Ownbey; and his great grandchildren, Uriah, Charlie and Rylie.
