He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mikulan and Dorothy Yeager Mikulan. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Jones Mikulan; his children, Rebekkah Bocianoski (Joe) of Hughesville, Maryland and Bryan Mikulan (Gina) of Etna, Pennsylvania; his stepchildren, Tina Weaver (Tony) of Hayesville and Mike Jones (Michelle) of Hayesville; and his siblings, Joyce Holleran (Thomas) of Charlottesville, Karen Gray (Edward) of Murrysville, Pennsylvania, Alan Mikulan (Michelle) of Skerries and Ireland (Donald Mikulan). He is also survived by six grandchildren, six step-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in memory of Carl Mikulan to the Clay County Mounties, 26 Truett Camp Road, Hayesville, NC 28904.
