She is survived by: her husband Tommy Garrard; her daughter Sandy; her son-in-law James Cooper; her daughter Shawnetta Garrard; her siblings, Basil (Lochie Owens), Terry (Sue Owens) and Regina; her brother-in-law Fred Delil; and her grandchildren, Hannah Lugo, Bethany Lugo, Devin Reece, Taylor Reece and Jordan Cooper. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other relatives.
