We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2025, at the age of 80, Billy Ray Allen of Hayesville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Allen and Vina White Allen; and his brothers, Jack, Robert, Gary and Rex Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Ledford Allen; his children, Jamie Allen, Dwayne Allen (Hannah), Michael Dickerson (Teresa), Amanda Dockery and Nancy Rodriguez; his siblings, Larry Allen and Linda Tatham; and his grandchildren, Justin Dickerson, Cassidy Dickerson, Connor Dickerson, Tristen Cody, Caleb Allen, Colt Allen, Scott Gibby, Caitlin Lovingood, Angelica Hill, Alex Rodriguez, Patrick Allen, Georjah Allen and John Allen. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Valleytown Cemetery (1823 US-19 BUS, Andrews, NC 28901).
