She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert L. "Shorty" Smith; her parents, Rufus B. Phillips and Dallie Boggs Phillips; her daughter Brenda Bean; her son-in-law Bob Bean; and her son Bobby Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Janie Lee Page (Mike) of Swepsonville and Timothy Mark Smith (Kristi) of Haw River; and her pet Pebbles.
