With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Valda Herring of Haw River, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Valda left this world on December 7, 2024 at the age of 72, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Walter Kimbro and Thelma Doris Wright Kimbro; her husband Billy Don Herring; her sons, Michael Herring (Leslie) and Scott Herring; and her grandchildren, Jovie, Elliott, Emorie, Beckett, Alayna, Kinsely and Bryson. She was also cherished by mother to her children.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Omega Funeral Service & Crematory Chapel (2120 May Dr, Burlington, NC 27215). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
