He was predeceased by: his parents, William Otto Wilborn and Esther Bessie Weaver Wilborn; and his siblings, Edgar Otto Wilborn, Douglas MacArthur Wilborn and Emily Wilborn Gray.

He is survived by: his wife Judith Carol Wilborn; his children, Richard Wilborn, Robert Wilborn (Heather), Michael Pruitt (Brenda) and Tabatha Mayton; and his grandchildren, Brandon Pruitt, Dylan Pruitt (Erin), Meghan McCann (Kyle), Travis Wilborn (Rachel), Zachary Wilborn, Seth Mayton, Kaden Wilborn and Kyndal Wilborn. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Victory Junction, 4500 Adams Way, Randleman, NC27317.
